The Danish Buildings and Bayles House, located on the High Street in Hull’s Old Town, have been transformed into some of the city’s best creative offices and studios. Acquired by Allenby in late 2017, the buildings now house 22 studios ranging from 2-person to 20-person spaces, each featuring tea points, LED lighting, heating, carpets, original fireplaces, internet access, alarm systems, and large characterful windows. Shared facilities include sociable spaces like the Summerhouse meeting room, two kitchen/social rooms, city courtyards, a secure bike store, and a shower.
