Bridgeview, Priory Park East

Bridge View Office Park was developed as a joint venture with Henry Boot Developments. Construction began on the brownfield site in 2008 and was completed in early 2009. The development comprises 10 units spread across three separate buildings, each with its own front door access.

The design built on our award-winning approach at Estuary Business Park, also located on Henry Boot Way. Key features include statement entrances in bright colours and a mono-pitch roof design, giving each unit a distinctive focal point. Units ranged in size from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet, with some sold on a design and build basis, including extensive office fit-outs. The remainder of the site was speculatively built out by Allenby Commercial.
